RBB Shred is a 45-minute workout that combines weight-based exercises (barbells and plates) with high-intensity cardio intervals. The aim is to lift heavy on a high heart rate! Get ready to dive into the world of lifting to the beat, designed exclusively for those passionate about leading dynamic workouts that push participants to shred fat and build strength simultaneously. Including innovative techniques and programming strategies that fuse lifting weights with high-intensity cardio intervals, RBB Shred will have your members begging for more!
